Join Light: Visionary Perspectives artists Tannis Nielsen, Ala Ebtekar, and Sanaz Mazinani for a compelling conversation as they discuss their unique approaches to harnessing the power of light in their artistic practice.

In this engaging panel discussion, acclaimed Canadian and international artists Tannis Nielsen, Ala Ebtekar, and Sanaz Mazinani sit down with the exhibition’s co-curators Bita Pourvash and Marianne Fenton to explore the ways in which light intersects with science, philosophy, and spirituality. Discover how these visionary artists employ light — its physical properties, symbolic meanings, and spiritual resonance — to create their groundbreaking works of art.
